What is the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
Naturecan offers a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If after trying the product you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, reach out to our customer service, and we will accept return of the product for a replacement or refund.
Send in your product within 30 days of receiving your initial order and we will refund you the purchasing price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, nor is the cost of the return if the item is not damaged or faulty. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of Naturecan. The guarantee only holds for the first purchase of a product. If you buy multiple units of the same product, a refund can only be issued if just one unit has been opened.
We kindly ask you to use a tracked delivery service to return the products, so that we can monitor the status of the delivery back to the warehouse.
What is with unwanted or damaged items?
Unwanted items - we offer our 30-day guarantee for a full refund of all items returned unused and in the original condition and packaging. Items on special promotions such as products close to sell by date or gift with purchases are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Damaged items - all damaged items reported within 5 days of receipt can be fully refunded or replaced. We want you to use our products without any concerns.
How do I return an item?

Are there any charges for returns?
You are responsible for any return shipping charges if the item is not damaged.
Damaged items can be returned free of charge and you will be provided with details once you’ve contacted us.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
